The following Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer apply to your access to and use of our online shop, special offers and other services offered. By using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and the other documents referred to.
I. ONLINE SHOP
Buyers
- By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete and not misleading.
- You agree to deal with us in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws. We may cancel orders where we consider that you have not dealt with us in good faith or have otherwise breached applicable laws, even if the order has been confirmed and payment was sent. If your credit card is charged for the purchase and we cancel the order, we will notify you for the amount charged, less delivery charges and applicable taxes and duties, at our discretion. This also applies to other payment methods.
Orders
- All orders are subject to acceptance by us, at our discretion. Rest assured that we will try to fulfill all orders with our outmost effort. We acknowledge orders by email.
Availability
- All items that are offered for sale subject to available stock. If an item is out of stock, we will quickly notify you and offer a substitute. If you do not accept a substitute item and your credit card has been charged or payment was sent for an item that is out of stock, we will cancel your order and issue a credit to your credit card and/or other applicable methods in the amount charged.
Prices
- All prices are in Philippine Pesos and are subject to change without notice.
Delivery/Shipping
- Delivery will commence once payment has been processed/validated. We accept payment through Secure Payments by Paypal (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Network available), Direct Bank Transfer (BDO and BPI) and Money Transfer (Western Union, LBC, Cebuana Lhuiller).
- Large transactions may involve additional screening and we will require confirmation on key details before we proceed to fill the order. In this event, we will contact you. In some cases this may delay your order by a short period.
- We ship worldwide via LBC, Xend, JRS, Fastrack (Philippines), and DHL Express or Philpost (Other Countries). Countries available depends on the services offered by the courier. We charge a fixed cost of P70 for deliveries within Philippines. For other destinations, shipping cost is determined by destination and weight. To find out the shipping charges that apply to you, simply add the items to your shopping cart and proceed accordingly to the checkout where the full cost will be calculated and displayed before you make any payment. You can also use our shipping calculator that will be shown in Your Cart. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details.
- We use all reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Most orders should arrive within 2-3 business days (Metro Manila Area), 3-4 business days (Other areas in the Philippines) and 4-7 Business Days (Other Countries) after dispatch depending on the destination. It is your responsibility to inform us promptly if an order does not arrive by emailing sales@royaleph.com. Once we learn an order has not arrived within a reasonable period,we will lodge an enquiry with the courier and advise you of any issues that are discovered.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery or non-delivery and late delivery does not entitle you to cancel your order.
- On delivery of the Product, you may be required to sign for delivery. You agree to inspect the Product for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for delivery. You need to keep receipt of the delivered Product in case of future discussions with us about it.
- If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within two weeks of our first attempt to deliver the Product to you) accept delivery or collect the Product from the courier, then we may charge you for our reasonable storage fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us. This includes refusal to complete duties, taxes or fees imposed by your local customs office or government bodies.
- Orders shipping to destinations outside the Philippines might incur duties and taxes, that is in most cases, due at the time of delivery. It is your responsibility to consult your local customs office for more details about your country’s duties and taxes and complete the requirements to successfully have the products shipped. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment. If your country is not on our list shippable countries, please know that we are working hard to include services to your country in the future. You may contact us first before issuing your payment to confirm the products that you are going to order.
Refund Policy
We only do refund on the following cases:
- Wrong products sent to the customer, in which the customer may choose to return the products to us.
- We failed to hand the products to the courier due to our unreasonable neglect.
- The products are not available and out of stock.
All refunds will be primarily done with the payment method used to send the payment. If not possible, due to unavoidable reasons, the seller and the customer may decide which payment method will the refund money be transferred. The refund policy only applies for 10 days after purchase date. Refunded products should be in good condition and not opened yet.
Risk
- Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to goods passes to you on delivery in accordance with these Terms.
Title
- Goods ordered by you remain our property until you pay for them in full.
Excusing events
- You acknowledge and agree that we are excused from performing our supply and other obligations and will not be responsible for any delays where and so long as we are prevented from performing our obligations under these Terms by events or causes beyond our reasonable control. We will endeavour to notify you of any delay and its expected duration. If we are prevented from performing our obligations for longer than a reasonable time, we may elect to cancel your order and issue you a credit in the amount paid for the order without further liability to you.
II. SPECIAL OFFERS
We may provide special offers in relation to our services from time to time. At any time, we may terminate any special offer without advance notice. If terminated, a special offer will continue to apply in good faith in accordance with these Terms before the special offer was terminated. This only applies on coupons and gift check.
Free Shipping
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or similar. During the stated period of the promotion, the express terms of any specific promotion override these Terms other than the Special offers and Error sections.
Distributorship
By becoming a distributor of Royale Business Club through our special offers, you will be bound by the company’s Code of Conduct. All the staff at RoyalePH.com have no power and are not liable for any termination or suspensions that might happen.
III. REGISTRATION
You may access many areas of our website without registering your details with us. Certain areas are only open to you if you register. The terms and conditions which govern material submitted by you to us and your use of the www.royaleph.com website are governed by our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Agreement
- You agree that you will keep your username and password safe, and won’t share them with anyone.
- You agree that you will not pass yourself off as someone else or create multiple, false accounts.
Term
- If you breach these or any of our other terms and conditions we reserve the right to close your account, if we do so, we may close all accounts you have open in your name.
- To deactivate your account please contact us at contact@royaleph.com.
Administration
- You can update your personal details (including your account and referral/affiliate details) by accessing your account at your RoyalePH.com My Account and making any necessary changes; this will update your details across all services that you have subscribed to.

IV. REFERRALS/AFFILIATES
Joining the Program
- By activating your referral account, you will become an affiliate and are bound by the terms of this agreement. Your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise our website to receive a commission on products purchased by your referred individuals.
- As of now, only participants who resides in the Philippines can join our referral program.
Affiliate Responsibilities
- It is understood that you will introduce Royale Products to your current and prospective customers and will comply with all laws as well those that govern email marketing and anti-spam laws. RoyalePH.com reserves the right to accept or reject any prospective customers and will pay you a commission per customer referred using your affiliate code according to the designated payment schedule.
- Either you or RoyalePH.com may terminate the Affiliate relationship at any time. You are only eligible to earn Affiliate payments during your time as an approved Affiliate. RoyalePH.com may change the program or service policies and operating procedures at any time.
Affiliate Relationship
- This Affiliate relationship is one of independent contractors. RoyalePH.com will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages arising in connection with this program and our aggregate liability arising with respect to this program will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you. RoyalePH.com makes no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the program. In addition, RoyalePH.com makes no representation that the operation of the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and RoyalePH.com will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
Revocation of Affiliate Status
Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
- Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks)
- Illegal spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.)
- Use of multiple accounts (Only 1 affiliate account is allowed per person)
- Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities
- Violation of intellectual property rights
- Cheating the system with the use of software and other tools
- Inability to setup links or refer clients to RoyalePH.com (lack of performance, inactivity)
Inability to follow any of these rules or any rules set by us may lead to suspension or termination of the affiliate program.
Affiliate Links
- You may use graphic and text links both on your website and in emails. The site may also be advertised “offline” in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by us, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions above.
Affiliate Tracking
- When a web surfer clicks through your affiliate link, a cookie is set in their browser that contains your affiliate ID. When this person decides to buy a product, the script will look for this cookie and/or try to match it to identify the referrer who will be awarded the commission. Visitors sent through your affiliate link may make a purchase later in time and the commission will still be awarded if the cookie is present in their browser. The cookie that is set by the link will expire after 30 days.
- Referrals are accepted only on each successful transactions.
Payouts
- All payouts are sent manually upon approval of payout request via Direct Bank Transfer & Direct Money Transfer.
- Upon payout request, we might ask for additional information for verification and payment purposes (ID, Address, etc.)
- Only the registered person can receive the payout. Changing the name of the registered affiliate (receiver of payout) will require more verification and the decision on whether to accept it or not depends on our team.
System Upgrade/Platform Change
- We might do system upgrade or platform change in the future as necessary and we will inform you via email.
- During system upgrades and affiliate platform change, we will migrate the database from the previous program including your total earnings. However, if due to some unforeseen circumstances, we might not be able to transfer all the details accurately.
- If the platform used is changed, the previous referral links might be changed and you need to change the referral links that you share to prospects.
- We are not liable for any damages that the system upgrade or platform change might happen.
Terms of the agreement
- These terms will begin upon your signup with the affiliate/referral program and will end when your affiliate account is terminated. The terms of this agreement may be modified by RoyalePH.com at any time. If any modification to the terms is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.
Liability
- We will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of “intents of harm” to the program or our website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of the affiliate program and our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
- We will not be liable for any damages incurred to your account due to your own neglect.
- We will not be liable for any damages caused by inaccurate information that you provide us on registration, payouts, etc.
V. GENERAL
Errors
- From time to time there may be errors on our website such as wrong pricing, wrong descriptions, errors on coupons and offers for products that are not available or are no longer available. Despite anything else in these Terms, to the extent legally permitted, we may decline or cancel any orders that are affected by the error, even if the order has been confirmed and a payment was sent. If the payment was sent for the purchase and we cancel the order, we will notify you to issue a refund.

- These Terms (including any terms or policies incorporated by reference) set out the entire agreement between you and us concerning its subject matter and supersedes all prior communications.
